I'm not impressed with Ricky the manager he's kind of a sassy queen and he's not very helpful and anytime an item has some damage on it and it's not on sale or on Clarence he won't give a discount at all. And he's kind a rude to his associates I've been there many times where I've overheard him talking to his employees in a very rude way, even asked one of his employees are you OK after he spoke to them and this associate can't stand him and needs to job but wishes he would be nicer. I shop here regularly and seems like every time I go in there he's the manager on duty and he looks like he's busy but his associates don't look too happy, they probably think he kind of comes off like a dick sometimes. As a gay man I know we can come across sassy at times but you don't have to be sassy at your place of employment. They should really just need to have somebody else be the manager maybe the turnover rate would be better.
